How to join

1. Find a vacant route ( see travel plan and pickup points ), where you would like to join.
   REMEMBER TO FACTOR IN THE TIME TO APPLY FOR THE RELEVANT VISA!
   The smallest participation length is the travel time between two pickup points (around 2 weeks).
2. Contact me to sign up.
3. A deposit (50% of the travel price) must be transferred to my bank account.
   As soon as the deposit is available on my bank account, your participation is confirmed.
4. You are now officially signed up.
5. A contract stating the terms of participation is signed on arrival.

Pricing

The price of participating is 250 DKK per day. This covers fuel, truck insurance, road tax, parking fees, truck maintenance, occasional camping space fees, and the very occasional UTAF (Uncomplicated Transaction Appreciation Fee). Meals are not included in the price, but we’ll cook together most days, keeping the cost at a minimum.

Refunds

Because of the limited passenger capacity and financial circumstances of the project, a refund of the deposit is not possible.

Terms and conditions

Before participation, a contract between the tour operator (Martin Randrup) and the participant (you) is signed. Basically the contract states, that participation takes place solely at your own risk, and that Martin Randrup is not responsible for any personal injuries and illnesses contracted under the trip.

BUYING PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE IS MANDATORY!
